I feel some strain in my left calf. I’m stretching it now.

I’ll ice it when I get home as well.

No calisthenics. I’ll utilize martial arts for that for the first 2 weeks. Maybe less. We will see what my body tells me. When I start I will do so on the same day schedule I’m on for running.
